Engr. Grace Bondad Nicolas, President and COO of TAG Media Group, will be one of the distinguished speakers at SpeechCon 2026, the Philippines’ longest-running speakers convention, happening on November 28, 2026, at the Admiral Hotel Manila.

As a business leader, media executive, publisher, and international relations advocate, Nicolas brings a wealth of experience in leadership, entrepreneurship, strategic communication, media, and cross-cultural engagement within the country and abroad.
Being the first Filipina and first woman President of the American Association of the Philippines in its 74th-year, making a headline history in our country. Her contributions to media have earned her three consecutive Aliw Awards for Excellence in Media (2023, 2024, and 2025), while her work in strengthening Philippines-Indonesia relations has been recognized with two consecutive Friends of Indonesia Awards.
As co-founder of TAG Media Group, she leads seven companies and oversees five print publications: Rising Tigers, InCharge, TopNewsAsia, Exquisite, and Leading Women. She also spearheads major platforms, including the Asia Leaders Awards, Asia Leaders Forum, Asia HR Expo, Asia Digital Marketing Expo, Kapihan sa Makati, and Aliw Concerts.
Beyond business and media, she serves as President of the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry Los Baños and Chairman and Board of Trustee of the Indonesia-Philippines Business Association. She is also actively involved in civic and professional organizations, including Kiwanis International.
